The Beachhouse has a stunning view down to Matauwhi Bay with a large deck on the view side and another large courtyard area around the back of the house. This home is very spacious with open plan kitchen/dining and large lounge area. Off each side of the home are two suites which comprise 2 bedrooms and bathroom in each. The main bedrooms have queensize beds and the other two bedrooms have double beds with 2 extra bunks. This home is new with all new appliances and has wooden floors throughout. TV, CD and DVD, BBQ are all available. All linen and towels are available. There is also a games room with billiard and table tennis table and plenty of parking is available. Russell is about a 5 minute walk down(10 mins back up hill) and Long Beach is a 10 minute walk down(15 mins back up, depending on your level of fitness). Minimum night stay is 3 nights. Ideal for two families. |
